How to add second PCI bus --- To support more than 32 pci devices?

Currently, qemu-x86_64 only supports one pci bus. Is there a plan to add a second bus? And is it trivial to add the pci second bus myself? I browsed through the code, it seems very complicated. All I need is that the qemu can support more than 32 pci devices. Thanks!
